Killik Gold
42% ABV – $79 for a 700ml Bottle
Killik Gold is our flagship product. It is a great example of an aged hogo/funky Australian cane spirit
It is aged in Chardonnay barrels for 12 months, which mellows out the high esters and introduces rich red fruit characters.
Originally a Jamaican style, hogo is an easily identifiable flavour which is the result of wild fermentation. It is commonly characterised by its potent, funky nose and taste. It can be very difficult to define and can vary wildly. In the case of KILLIK, it is often very fruity with strong hints of tropical fruit, over-ripe bananas, strawberry and a distinct milkiness.
Tasting notes: The high ester nature results in a super funky Jamaican style distillate loaded with sweet red fruit characters, cherry, strawberry lollies & bubblegum.
How to Serve: KILLIK Gold is delicious by itself but also, this style is perfect for creating an authentic Mai Tai, try it out yourself!
Mai Tai: 30ml KILLIK Gold, 45ml fresh lime juice, 15ml cointreau, 15ml simple syrup and 7.5ml orgeat
Killik Silver

Killik Silver is our funky high ester white. Perfect for cocktails!
Fun Fact: KILLIK is the first distillery in Australia to produce high ester rums!

How to serve: KILLIK Silver is best mixed in cocktails! It is the perfect choice for all of your rum cocktail needs, particularly when it comes to old Tiki rum rhapsodies! Try it in our Chief Hogo or Zombie.
Killik Silver Overproof
59% ABV – $99 for a 700ml Bottle
Killik Silver OP is our high ester, high proof white. The increased alcohol content really exaggerates the hogo characters, making this the best white cane spirit for classic rum cocktails!

Hogos There? Recipe: 30ml KILLIK OP, 100ml apricot nectar, 15ml lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger sugar (1:12 ratio of caster sugar and dried ginger blended together).
Killik Double Barrel
44%ABV – $88
What is Double Barrel? Aged for 12 months in two separate casks, Bourbon and Muscat, and blended at bottling time, this is our easiest going rum.
Tasting Notes: Half of this rum is aged in Rutherglen Muscat barrels and lends a soft round quality to the blend, contributing loads of dark dried fruit to the nose and pallet. The other half comes from a bourbon barrel and reintroduces structure and dry spice into the blend.
How to serve: KILLIK Double barrel is a perfect sipping rum, or try in a Hot Buttered Rum!
Killik Spiced Batch A
40%ABV – $59
Killik Spiced Batch A is a unique spiced white made to compliment hogo characteristics
There is loads of citrus, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper to be found here.
Try using this where you might use gin or rum.
Killik Spiced Batch B
40%ABV – $59
Killik Spiced White Batch B is one of our unique spiced white rums. It is golden in colour due to maceration after vapour extraction, but is an unaged white rum.
This batch focuses on various teas resulting in a floral rum with distinct woody undertones and layers of dried fruit. The botanicals include Rooibos, Sencha, Jasmine and peppermint.
This can be used where you may use aged rums or any cocktail that want warmer softer characteristics than batch A.
Killik Spiced Batch C
40%ABV – $59
Killik Spiced White Batch C is a special spiced white. Produced with our high ester white spirit and fermented on pineapple bark.
It is then macerated on pineapple bark and passed through a gin basket containing limes and mandarin.
All of this makes for a really fruit driven mixer that exhibits fantastical notes of peach tea, citrus and pineapple.
Killik Spiced Batch D
40%ABV – $69
What is Batch D? Killik Spiced Gold Batch D is a very unique blend of rich chai tea spices selected from multiple barrels.
Tasting Notes: This blend contains some high ester spirit and some more mellow spirit for the perfect balance. Has distinct aromas of classic creamy chai tea spices, cardamon, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Interesting Fact: It is our first spiced Gold spirit and our first spiced spirit which is macerated, not distilled, using gin baskets. Due to this process this rum will be cloudy.
Killik Mango Silver Vanilla Bean
42% ABV – $69 for a 700ml Bottle
Mango Silver Vanilla Bean is a spiced Killik Silver distilled with heaps of fresh mango and 50 vanilla pods.
Each bottle also contains 1 whole vanilla pod which adds to the delicious vanilla notes and gives this spirit it’s colour.

This product was a limited edition made for our delightful barrel investors!
It has a dark, rich colour which is a testament to the quality of this barrel strength rum.
While almost all of this exclusive release has been allocated to our investors, we have a few bottles available to the public exclusively in-store and for tastings.
Killik Australian Native Spiced White
40% ABV – $68 for a 700ml Bottle
A spiritual successor to our experimental spiced batch series, this is spiced with all native Australian botanicals. We use Aniseed Myrtle, Roasted Wattle Seed & Strawberry Gum to create a uniquely Aussie spiced rum!
Tasting Notes: Expect classic anise from the aniseed myrtle with a subtle hint of fruitiness from the strawberry gum, rounded off with an unexpected but delicious biscuity malt character introduced by the roasted wattle seeds.
Tiki Zest Triple Sec

Tiki Zest is our zero waste craft triple sec, made using the left over zest from all our KILLIK cocktails.
Tasting Notes: Our Tiki Zest is less sweet than your traditional triple sec, with lime zest playing a predominant role.
